I bought a secondhand HDC-SD5 camcorder from a reputable photographic dealer but there was no software with it ( HD Writer 2.0E for SX/SD ) but the previous owner had removed the serial number sticker from the base of the camera to put a security code there,I would like to download the free updated software ( HD Writer 2.0EL18 )so can anyone provide me with their 9 digit serial number so I can get this software without paying the earth from Panasonic. I cannot get the mts files to open on other programs like VLC, windows media etc;
